Biden Could Still Clip Dictator DonOld's Wings...
How the sitting president could prevent the incoming authoritarian from going on a revenge prosecution binge:
With the badly spray-tanned sociopath just days away from embarking on his “Dictator On Day One” revenge tour, there is still time for Joe Biden, as the sitting President of the United States of America to pump the brakes on the unconstitutional damage Dictator DonOld is plotting to wreak.
It’s time to bust out the #PardonPen and get to signing, Mr. President!
The one and only thing that can actually stop Dictator DonOld from prosecuting his perceived political and personal enemies… which basically amounts to anyone who dares to disagree with his daffy duck ideas and extremist ideologies… is those magic words: PRESIDENTIAL PARDON.
President Biden has the authority to pardon anyone at any time for any federal crimes, including in advance of anything they might do or be accused of doing in the future.
Now is the time to burst Dictator DonOld’s bubble by issuing full & absolute blanket pardons to the dozens of names on the Project 2025 hit list:
Jack Smith
Merrick Garland
Robert Mueller
Christopher Wray
Kimberly Cheatle
Dr. Anthony Fauci
Alvin Bragg
Latitia James
Fani WIllis
Tanya Chutkan
Arthur Engoron
Juan Merchan
Andrew McCabe
Adam Schiff
James Clapper
John Brennan
Mark Milley
E. Jean Carroll
Nancy Pelosi
Jamie Raskin
The January 6th Committee, including Liz Cheney
Bill & Hillary Clinton
Barack & Michelle Obama
Jimmy Carter
Kamala Harris
and Mark Zuckerburg (just to piss off Elon Musk)
Just to name a few…
There are obviously so many more names to add to that list.
As much as I hate to say it, I don’t think President Biden should pardon himself, as that opens the door to setting a legal precedent Dictator DonOld would then use to protect himself from prosecution in 2028 and beyond, when he cannot run for office again (unless, of course, he burns the Constitution). Grandpa Grump’s ragtag dimestore legal team would surely wave that around as they huffed & puffed in front of a Supreme Court he lined with his own minions. Maybe this is just my opinion here (and I’ve got a lot of them, being married to a lawyer), but I don’t think anyone should have the power to pardon themselves. You can act as your own legal counsel in a court of law (if you are a fool), but you can never act as your own judge or jury. And a pardon is a release from judgement, therefore, you should not be allowed to pardon yourself.
I have mixed emotions about Biden pardoning his son Hunter. Hunter has admitted to his guilt in the federal tax case against him, and was convicted by a jury on the federal gun charges. What kind of nepotism precedent does it set if Joe pardons his own son? But, on the other hand, Dictator DonOld would gleefully bring Hunter before a firing squad on some trumped-up charges (pun fully intended), just to hurt his father, the man who publicly bruised DonOld’s fragile ego on the global stage by whooping him in the 2020 election. Cruelty, after all, is the name of the game and their raison d'être in Trumpfukistan.
Get that #PardonPen fired up, Mr. President.
It’s not too late to save what’s left of our democracy before January 20, 2025.
